Dresden Days, lunchtime performances, tickets for pupils and students as well as other special offers enable you to visit selected performances at the Semperoper or Semper Zwei for a reduced price. Proof of eligibility may be required.
Dresdentage / Dresden Days
Steep discounts are available for seating groups 1 and 2. Tickets (restricted to a max. of four per person) can also be purchased online via semperoper.de.

Price category 2: 26.00 euros
Lunchtime performances
Visit the Semperoper at lunchtime or in the afternoon to enjoy opera and ballet performances at a highly attractive price.
Discounts for children and young adults
Half-price tickets are offered to children up to the age of 16. This discount applies to tickets priced from 12 euros in seating groups 1 to 6. Please note that babies and toddlers (as well as prams/pushchairs) are not allowed at performances.
A 50 percent discount is also offered on price categories ZU2 to ZU8 for children and teenagers up to the age of 18 as well as students and trainees/apprentices.
Tickets for schoolchildren and students at the box office
School pupils, students, trainees and those undertaking a year of Bundesfreiwilligendienst (Federal Voluntary Service) can purchase remaining tickets for 10/20 euros (in price categories T or KON10) at the box office in the final 30 minutes before the start of a performance. This offer is only available to those aged 30 and under in possession of a valid school/student ID. Cash payment is required at the box office for pupil/student tickets. Note that this offer depends on ticket availability.
Discounts for the severely disabled
For disabled persons with a disability level of 80 per cent, half-price tickets are available for purchase upon presentation of a valid ID. This discount applies to ticket prices from 12 euros in seating groups 1 to 6 as well as for price categories ZU4 to ZU8. If your ID card indicates the need for an accompanying person, a second discounted ticket can be purchased. This offer is only valid in conjunction with proof of disability and is non-transferable. A valid disabled person’s ID must be presented at the entrance. Discounts cannot be granted retrospectively.
Gift vouchers
Purchase a gift voucher as a special treat for family and friends, enabling them to choose which performance(s) to attend. Simply select the amount you want to give. Vouchers are valid for a period of three years and cannot be exchanged by holders for cash. Bookable online at semperoper.de or from our Visitor Service, vouchers can be sent digitally or by post as a DPD parcel (delivery can take approx. one week). Note that DPD transport conditions apply.
